My dear all, hope you won’t mind the abbreviation this week. I’ve had 2 letters from Ma this time. I got into the Welsh Polo team and the swimming team too. I managed to get some mushrooms the other day; funnily enough, I had a letter from you the same day asking, ‘did I get any?’ from the gardens. Am looking forward to the July parcel!
