Thank you for the letter, & if you were not at home when my letter arrived, thank you very much for your parcel.
As you can see from the above address I am now on the last lap. I am finally on a Halifax Mk 3, the latest plane off the production line, & the best, my pay has also gone up now to 5/- a day.
I am afraid I can make this

a very long letter as I have bags of genning to do, this plane having engines which we have not done before, & I’ve got to know something about them.
