Dear Win,
Guess I haven’t much news for you, as we do nothing but daily work here.
To-day (Sunday) we are on a swimming parade, for which I am waiting now.
That just about ends all the sensible news I have and any thing I manage to put further will just be tripe.
By the way, let me
[page break]
know what you think of the dog when you see it.
They have got a darn nerve, choosing a new dog without us being there to approve or disapprove of it.
I guess it will be a darn nuisance if I start coming in, in the middle of the night when I’m home on leave, and a darn dog that doesn’t know me.
Well thats the lot,
Best of Luck
Love
