Dear Mr. & Mrs Adder,
I have received a letter from the Superintendent of the County Courts Branch of the Lord Chancellor’s Department this morning regarding your son Mervyn, from which the following is an extract:-
“Please convey the Department’s sympathy to his parents and our hope that favourable news will very soon be forthcoming.”
