A Wartime Log
A book used as a photo and sketch album. It contains sketches of his wife, Dorothy Frances Lydiard Kellett (nee Abbott), two sketches of horses, images taken during plays including ‘Morning Star’, '10 Minute Alibi', '‘Thunder Rock’, 'A Revue' 'Gaslight', 'Mid Summer Nights Dream', 'Blithe Spirit', and 'French without Tears'. There is a photograph of John Crichton and his band, a cartoon series ‘A Winter's Day at Sagan’ showing the life of a prisoner of war from dawn to dusk POW, and photographs from sports events including running, throwing, rugby, high jump, prize giving, shot putt and long jump. Other photographs show groups of prisoners and a man sitting on a single bunk. The final item is a map of the Eastern Front hand coloured in red.
