Dear Mum, Dad & Fmly, [sic] I’ve had your clothing parcel dated 3rd Aug, very acceptable indeed others are still coming. Also had 2 book parcels, 1 from Unilever & other “Technical Drawing” with no sen[missing letters] address. Can you get for me a Statement of my Account. I would like to know. If you can trace my Parachute Packer please send them something for me, I meant to write before. Would you also find out my position with Unilever after the war. Would like to carry on as I am now in civil life but doubt if this is practicable. Anyway can you let me know about both. Hope you all are OK, I’ve seen a new show – “Petrified Forest” – it was well up to standard. Must close now. Love
