Madam,
With reference to your letter of 1st April, 1944, I am directed to request that you return to this Department the order book in your possession immediately after cashing the order due on 6th April, 1944. A prepaid label is enclosed for your reply.
Upon receipt of the order book, instructions will be given to the Royal Air Force Agents for payment to you of 10s. 6d (ten shillings and six pence) a week from your son’s R.A.F. pay with effect from 13th April, 1944.
