Tuesday Night

Dear Will & May,

We all were so sorry for you all, with the bad news, but perhaps it will turn out much better, when you can get more news, I know how my sister felt about her boy, but after nearly two years, she at last has heard, from the [underlined] Red Cross [/underlined] that he is alive, so I do hope you will have the same luck. Fred & myself will pop over Sunday, so if I dont [sic] hear from you, I will know it will be alright So good-night

& Cheerio for now.

[underlined] Love Gladys [/underlined]
