Hello all,
Just a few more lines to let you know I'm still O.K.
The trip last night to Essen was quite good & I'd have enjoyed it if I hadn't been quite so sick. The fires & the glow in the sky was still visible when we crossed the coast coming back, nearly 150 miles away. The camp is still the same noisy place with lots of bustle and panic. We've so many [deleted] k [/deleted]new crews in these days we don't know half the squadron. Another crew took [indecipherable word] to Hamburg on Saturday, so she's got twenty [indecipherable word] now, and is still as good as new & clean as a new pin, I wish you could see her. I'll have to close now, so have a good holiday & keep smiling. Yours. Ken [kisses]
