My Darling Ken,
Here I am still writing to you. Thank you very much for the parcel I had yesterday from Hamilton, I am putting all the contents away until you come home Ken, you ought to see I have quite a nice little store of things now that you have sent. Each day darling I look out for the telegraph boy, but so far in vain. I am missing you my dearest one, more than ever this last few weeks and am looking forward to you coming home again. Last week-end I went over to see Auntie Alice, and although it was a nice change, I was wondering all the while if any further news had come from you while I was away. Darling don’t worry about bringing anything back for me, all that I want dearest is you, I love you more than ever now Ken and am just waiting for the time when we can be together again for good. Take care of yourself yourself [sic] my darling and look well when I see you. May God bless you and speed you safely home to me. All my love & kisses till we meet. Don’t worry about me darling, I am feeling fine and enjoying my work much more now. I am just longing for all those kisses and all that love. Always Your loving wife.
