His last flight

Jack in his flying gear with reports of his final flight, piloted by Flight Lieutenant G Taylor in which all six crew members died together with 17 members of the Auxiliary Territorial Service and two nurses. Details of Staff Sergeant Jessica Semark, one of the ATS who lost her life are reported. Notice is given of the award of the Distinguished Service Order to Jack.
