The circumstances of your case have been reviewed, and, in this instance, it is not proposed to subject you to the normal examination procedure.
Will you, therefore, kindly complete and return the enclosed M.C.A. Form 2D, together with the fee of £1. 0. 0. and your Aircraft Engineer’s Licence, in order that the appropriate recommendation may be made to the Ministry of Civil Aviation.
