I am directed to confirm a telegram from this department in which you were notified that information has now been received through the International Red Cross Committee that your son Pilot Officer Reginald Charles Wilson Royal Air Force, is a prisoner of war.
The Committee’s report quotes German information but does not give the address of the camp at which your son is located; he should, however, now be able to communicate this direct to you.
A pamphlet and handbook regarding communications with prisoners of war are enclosed as they may be of service to you.
