Air Forces in India pilots flying log book for J D McCredie, covering the period from 12 August 1942 to 24 December 1945. Detailing his flying training, operations flown and post war flying. He was stationed at RAAF Temora, RAAF Point Cook, RAF South Cerney, RAF Harwell, RAF Kolar, RAF Salbani, RAF Jessore, RAF Dhubalia and RAF Palam. Aircraft flown were, DH82, Oxford, Wellington and Liberator. He flew a total of total of 29 operations with 99 Squadron. Targets were Nong Pladuk, Prang Kazi (Kanchanaburi), Kyaikkatha bridge, Taungup, Kalgauk, Burma-Siam Railway, Bangkok-Chiang Mai Railway, Mandalay, Meiktila, Kyauktalon, Amarapura, Jumbhorn, Rangoon, Myinmu, Kunlon, Taunggyi, Martaban and Na-Nien. They included air sea rescue operations, 'bridge busting' and 'train busting'.
