It is indeed a pleasure to welcome you as a member of the Caterpillar Club.
As is customary, we are having the official insignia of the Club made and engraved especially for you. Unfortunately, however, due to supply restrictions, this may not be received for several months, but will be sent to you at the first opportunity.
In the meantime we have pleasure in sending your membership certificate, which you will find attached, with our best wishes, in recognition of the emergency parachute jump which you made.
