Dear Mr. Madgett,
I am in receipt of your letter dated 21st September, 1943, requesting me to give you the date the cycle was sent to you.
The cycle has not yet been forwarded as I have to await an authority for its release from Colnbrook. That authority has been applied for and as soon as it is received here I shall at once despatch the cycle to Sidcup Station.
I have written to Colnbrook again today requesting that the authority be sent as soon as possible.

Oct. 31 wrote asking if release had been obtained.
