Entrance to Stalin camp

A Soviet Union displaced persons camp entrance. The arch has the English text “Stalin Camp” and “Welcome” and “1 May” in Russian. There is a photo of Stalin centre top. There are also three flags visible, one with wide stripes on it.

Men and women appear to walk in and out the camp freely.
