If you can attend at Room 149, Cornwall House, Stamford Street, S.E.1 (as indicated below), on Tuesday 5th July, 1949 at 1.30 p.m. for the written examination, please complete and return the accompanying M.C.A. Form [2 characters deleted] /2D together with fee of £1. – . – ., at least five days prior to the date of examination.

If you are unable to attend at the above time, please inform me without delay when you are able to do so, and retain the M.C.A. Form pending further notification of examination arrangements.
