Please do not reply to this letter as I expect to be posted this week.
Our easter holiday was none existant [sic] so you can count yourself lucky.
I managed to wangle it the sunday [sic] before last as the alert only lasted for about 5 mins up here, and they did not have time to turn out the gaurd. [sic]
I’m afraid this letter is very short but in about 2 mins, we are going on tea

parade, and as my stomach dictates my hand, it means I’m going to attend it.
Well thats [sic] all for now
