Dear Mum, Dad & Fmly, [sic] Great surprise last week received 16 letters up to 19th April, total now 21. 5 from Pat, 5 from you including photos, 2 from Harold & Maisie, & 1 from Uncle Fred, Margaret Heron, George Green and Firm. Please thank all for their kindness, and sending cigarettes. Do not worry about Parcel delay, everything OK here. Think photos are excellent & I have many eager friends now! Hoping to hear news from Mac of the others soon. Im [sic] very well here, seen another Variety show, classes have now started. Don’t forget refreshment for homecoming will you? My love to all
