Madam,

In reply to your letter of July 4th 1944, I am directed to inform you that in addition to pay at 18/2d a day your husband is in receipt of married allowance at 8/6d in respect of yourself and your child. This allowance is paid into his banking account by War Casualties Accounts Depot, 127 Harley Street, London, W.1. and it is understood that the sums due up to 30th June have now been issued.
