Dear Mrs Wareing,
Authority has just been received from Air Ministry to release your husband’s Austin Car FW 8947. The difficulty is that this car does not appear to be on this Station.
F/Lt. Hill says that the car is in a garage at Market Harboro’ and that you would know the place. If this is so, please have the car collected and in order to put our records in order and to satisfy Air Ministry requirements, sign and return to this Station the attached duplicate receipts.
Yours sincerely,
[signature]
Group Captain, Commanding.
