My Dear Joan,
I arrived home yesterday. I do not suppose I shall get to see you for a day or two. But I thought as Bob is now in German hands you [underlined] can [/underlined] write to him, although you do not know his address, There is an address in Switzerland where one can send the letters and they will trace Bob from that end. Jimmies has only received one letter from me but it is one which I sent to the address in Geneva, when I post this letter I will get a form from the Post Office and enclose marking the address which I mention.
Excuse this [indecipherable word] note but I
[page break]
want to catch the post, I’d thought perhaps you might like to get a letter off.
I have brought the “Prisoner of War magazines home for you to see, I think you will find them interesting.
Cheerio for now.
Love
