In the background left a man standing by a fuel bowser. On the reverse 'Roy Chadwick the designer saying thankyou after first Nene Jet flight to Paris 1946, on a Lancastrian. First flight of an "Airliner" powered by jets between two countries, London - Paris Nov 1946.
