Dear Daddy,
Ha! ha! ha! cackle!!! Stainless Stephen’s just been on. What a scream! Stainless “Wives in olden days darned their husbands’ socks but modern girls sock their darned husbands! How we howled! [drawings] Even Mary smiles!
25 June.
Rumble! [drawing] crack! A thunder-storm [drawing] is at hand [drawing] Ive [sic] been running round securing the perishable [drawings]
Down she comes [drawing]
