Dear
Willis has told me to send you a list of the defects found in the H.2S Halifax lent to us by B.D.U. This list is attached.
Newmarket have now promised to send a party to work on it, in which case we will have no further cause to ”moan”. However I am afraid we may have to keep it here a little longer than a week.
