Interview with Patrick Fergus Rowland

Patrick Rowland volunteered for the RAF in Belfast. He trained as a mechanic and was posted with 149 Squadron. He volunteered for overseas posting as his brother was a prisoner in the Far East. He was unaware at the time that his brother had already died in the prison camp. Patrick was posted to RAF Shaibah and Shallufa.
