[missing words] again a few times, hoping you are all well. As you most likely know I have been in hospital, however I am OK now I had Influenza, there has been quite a number of cases, Including Jim, who arrived back yesterday. I received the first parcel 2 weeks ago, and I must say it was a very good parcel, you really used you [sic] heads about selecting the articles. I am expecting the second one anytime now.
I sometimes get depressed and fed up,
[page break]
[missing words] away hoping it wont be long. Anyway the day will dawn sometime. [one sentence censored]. As you can well appreciate we don’t [deleted] all [/deleted] get much news, what we do get is very distorted. Anyway tell the boys to keep at it. Especially Stan Buhhles [sic]. Tell Emma I can almost smell the tea brewing. Remember last Xmas what a good time we had. However we will see. Don’t forget to go to it (I cant although I love to be back on the job with the boys)
Love forever
