Take-off 22-30 Landed 04-55 Duration 6hrs 25mins.

F L Ringham, wireless operator/air gunner
F G Kuebler, wireless operator/air gunner
T H May, bomb aimer

Attacked primary target at 16600ft. Bomb bursts observed but no results seen. Aircraft hit by flak and later attacked by night fighter over Dutch coast. Aircraft very severely damaged and forced to land at Horsham St. Faith.
5 aircraft detailed to attack Mannheim.
Weather and visibility both good.
Opposition, moderate heavy flak and night fighters.
1 aircraft attacking St. Nazaire.
1 aircraft dropping nickels (leaflets) Vichy area.
1 aircraft dropping nickels Paris area.
