There is page 14 of the programme showing the heats of the 5,000metres, a close up of the entrants in heat 2 which includes Bill. A recent photograph of Bill in his Olympic blazer. An advertisement in the programme for an Olympic Art Exhibition at the Victoria and Albert Museum.
