Having been recommended for upgrading to Examiner, you will be stationed at L.M.S. RLY. CO. DERBY. (under Inspector-in-Charge L.M.S. RLY. Co. [deleted] District [/deleted]) with effect from 9-9-42 and subject to confirmation of the upgrading, this will be your first Unit appointment.
This station will be regarded as your normal permanent station and no allowances will be admissible whilst you are serving at that station.
Any expenses incurred by you in establishing your home there will be your own liability.
In the event of your having registered under the National Services (Armed Forces) Act, you are required to return your Registration Card to the Ministry of Labour, notifying them of your change of address. On receipt of your new card, you are to notify the Ministry of Aircraft Production, P.S.2(h) Thames House, Millbank, S.W.1., immediately the address of the Ministry of Labour and the registration number stated on the card.
