Please note that you are moved on Long Term detachment to Vickers Armstrong Blackpool (under Inspector-in-Charge) – District with effect from 14.8.44. Your attention is directed to the provisions of travelling, subsistence, removal and billeting regulations parts 3 &4.
On receipt of this instruction you are to notify the District Billeting Officer (immediately) at Area “C” see page 14, Part IV, Travelling Subsistence, Removal and Billeting Regulations whether you desire.
(a) to be officially billeted, or
(b) to make your own alternative arrangements for accommodation.

In the event of your having registered under The National Service (Armed Forces) Act you are required to return your Registration Card to the Ministry of Labour notifying them your change of address.
