56, West Common Gardens,
Old Brumby,
Scunthorpe,
Lincolnshire.
17th January, 1945.
Dear Sir,
Again I ask your help in another matter regarding removing my husband’s car from a Garage in Market Harborough.
I have only just received the necessary registration book, insurances etc. of which your help was very much appreciated.
At the moment I hope to collect the car on either of the following dates Jan. 27th or Feb. 4th 1945. I understand the necessary petrol coupons should be supplied from my husband’s last station and so duly enclose the registration book for endorsement and trust an early reply will be forthcoming together with approximately coupons to the value of [underlined] five [/underlined] gallons necessary for the one journey
I am delighted to add that I hear regularly from my husband and he sends his regards to all his friends and seems to have completely recovered from his burns.
Thanking you once again,
Yours sincerely,
