Description

Pilots flying log book for W J Goodwin, covering the period from 17 January 1943 to 3 September 1945. Detailing his flying training and post war duties with 463 squadron. He was stationed at RAAF Narrandera, RAAF Point Cook, RAF Clyffe Pypard, RAF Wheaton Aston, RAF Shawbury, RAF Moreton-in-Marsh, RAF Winthorpe and RAF Skellingthorpe. Aircraft flown were Tiger Moth, Anson, Oxford, Wellington and Lancaster. His log book also shows he was detached to HMS Indomitable for aircraft identification on convoy to Cherbourg.
