I am directed to refer to previous correspondence from this Department and to inform you that a further report has now been received from the International Red Cross Committee which states that your husband, Sergeant Andrew Bain, Royal Air Force, was buried in Grave No. 1, Row 11, Kg. V, in the Garrison Cemetery at Doberitz, near Berlin, Germany.
I am to add that it is hoped that this information received after such a long period, will bring some comfort to you in your bereavement.
