Dearest,
I brought my battledress trousers in this box so that I could send the box on to you with the frock in it.
I had a good time at the concert although I was a bit sleepy as I didn’t get to bed until 7.30 yesterday morning.
Coombes tells one that there’s an unfurnished cottage of 2 or 3 rooms to let in Allithwaite for 10/- a week. There’s no bath & it’s probably on the style of Vicarage Cottage, but I thought I’d let you know in case you were interested.
All my love,
Harold
