My own darling Mum & Dad,
I wrote immediately I arrived but letter got delayed. Please send by the Dirwan who brings this letter, all the leaks [sic] you can lay hold on. I am going to Bhairub soon. [deleted] This [/deleted]
This evening we are going to see the Apears. Bill didn’t half remember me, he jumped all over me & every time he sees me he starts [indecipherable word] me like he used to do to Buster. He is in fine condition.
Charlie Larkies came in to-day on business. Mrs. Hive & Pam are back in Bhairub & Mr. Audall is writing to her. Mr. Audalls Wireless is a lovely little thing and gives splendid results. America comes through as loud as Delhi. Well no more to-day Please excuse pencil,
God bless you, love [underlined] Dave [/underlined]
