Thank you for your letter and the parcel Daddy sent us. I am [deleted] g [/deleted] lushig [sic] up now, Miss [indecipherable word] has given me a bad report but wait till you getting it report [deleted] Dad [/deleted] of June / July, Daddy says it is much better. You will be glad to hear I came 6th in English [2 indecipherable words] 4 th in math with 77%. [deleted] in [/deleted] That’s much better isn’t it?
Congratulations for doing so [2 indecipherable words] the [indecipherable word], I am really going to buck up now. Excuse us writing in pencil as we are going out to Mrs Gregory and have to do it early. We have played 3 matches this [inserted] season [/inserted] [deleted] year [/deleted] and won them all, (this is [indecipherable word]) the scores being :- 2-0, 2-0, [deleted] 2 [/deleted], 4-2, we played the Karachi, the Staff and the Government High School.
