Dear Mrs [underlined] Johns [/underlined]
Just to say George has arrived safely [symbol] is now with me.
We shall take great care of him so try not to worry about him.
My boy is Head-boy at the Grammar School [symbol] is very pleased to have him.
We are not 5 minutes walk from school. We also have another boy from W. Bromwich Grammar School [symbol] is the same age as George, so I’ve no doubt they will be great chums.
I expect you will be allowed to visit here, if so, we shall be pleased to see you any time.
I think George will be quite happy with us.
Yours sincerely
Florence. R. Field
