THE GRAMMAR SCHOOL,
WEST BROMWICH.
September 1st. 1939.
Dear Sir/Madam,
In the event of an emergency it has been decided to evacuate all pupils attending Higher Education Schools in the Borough of West Bromwich.
I hope that one parent from each family that has (or will have in September) boys or girls at this School, will kindly attend a meeting at the School on
MONDAY EVENING AT 7.20 p.m.
I am enclosing a circular letter from the Director of Education, and I shall be much obliged if you will fill in and return the Form of Registration attached to it at your earliest convenience, or bring it with you on Monday evening. It is of the utmost importance that all Forms should be returned by Tuesday morning (first post) at the latest.
Yours faithfully,
