My dear Mum, Dad & Fmly, First mail for two weeks to you I'm still very well indeed. I hope you have news of me by now & I shall have a letter soon. If you send parcels address them to Stalag 4B. If my commission is through check pay is from F/Sgt & not just Sgt. I keep myself fairly occupied here so time does not drag, of course cooking takes up quite a bit of time. I must close now, so give my love to all
