You are to report to the Inspector in Charge, A.I.D., The L.M.S. Railway Co., Ltd., Aircraft Wing Factory, Carriage & Waggon Works, Derby, on Tuesday 4th August, 1942.
Warrant No. 84941 to cover the above journey is furnished herewith.
