Liverpool District,
Royal Liver Buildings,
Liverpool 3.
at 9.30 a.m. on the 9 [deleted] 4 [/deleted] th March, 1942
You should take your National Health and Unemployment Insurance Cards with you, in order to avoid delay in the issue of salary. Instructions regarding Income Tax are enclosed.
