To:- Air Ministry Department, Account 13, Worcester.
Date:- 24th November, 1944.

A complaint has been received from Mrs. [inserted] [symbol] [/inserted] Joan Wareing wife of 43255 Squadron Leader R. Wareing, who has been missing since 20th July 1944, that she has been unable to obtain a reply to three requests held by your department. Mrs. Wareing who writes from 56, West Common Gardens, Old Brumby, Scunthorpe,. Lincolnshire, is considerably upset by the delay, as she has been informed that her husband’s car is ready for collection, but that she cannot proceed further without the documents mentioned.
It will be appreciated that the utmost assistance should be afforded to her as next-of-kin; and it is requested that the matter be expedited.
