Six views of the lakes, captioned 'The Lake District. Whilst stationed at No 2 (Observers) A.F.U. Millom, Cumberland, I visited the Lake District for a weekend. I spent one night at Coniston and the next day went on to Keswick, where I took these photos of Derwent Water and Skiddaw. 25th March, 1944.'
