Dear Mum
This like the other letters I have written since being here is going to be short, when you see the photos please don’t think anything is wrong, I really feel quite well but just felt in the mood for photography.
Today we just wandered around the City viewing the sights & sorts, both are pretty good, the former the better in my opinion. Last night Bill Jeff & myself went to see “My Favourite Blonde” I had already seen it but enjoyed it just as much as the first time. Tonight is our last night for a fling so I think I might go to a dance. Don’t worry over me Mum, everything is alright.
Love & kisses
Jim
[inserted] P.S.
I am enclosing (8) eight snaps & two photos
