Dear Daddy,
Whoops! Oh you should see mothers hair! Two little buns [sketch of buns] at the back – like Auntie Nellie. [Sketch of Auntie Nellie]
I’m having to do with the old goose – very unwillingly – like I do with the broodies. Keep her shut up all day & let her out for 15-20 mins at night & then send her back. If I left door open Mrs Grey would go on too & if I didn’t send the old goose off she wouldnt [sic] go. [Sketch of hen and eggs] Skegness is so Bracing. I’ll just go & test the eggs [Sketch of leaving with eggs]
