Thank you for your letter. We are in the midst of plotting something like 700 bombs, and will let you know the tendency of errors as soon as possible. I think personally I will turn out to be slightly undershooting.
I enclose a memorandum for you perusal. It is most important that we get the Mosquito by next moon. The criterion is clearly how important our type of attack is considered to be.
