I No [underlined].134556 [/underlined] Rank. [underlined] F/L. [/underlined] Name. [underlined] Ieuan Thomas [/underlined] have the honour, look you, to request that I be granted permission to proceed to the land of my Fathers on September 5th. 1945.
If you are unable to grant this small favour there is mean you are, and I shall have to write to my father who was the chief Druid (acting) at the Llanfairpwllgwyngyllgogerichwyndropwyll-llantisilioggogogoch Eisteddfod a short while ago, and there is mad he'll be!!!
