Dear Frances,
Thank you very much for your [deleted] lette [/deleted] telegram it was nice of you to send it.
This is a very nice house and the have got a lot of animals.
There are 9 baby pigs:-
[3 rows of amateur drawings of pigs – 3 in each row]
and one mummy pig :-

six cats:-
[drawing of 6 cats, 3 fat & 3 thin in 2 rows of 3]
By the look of some of them especially one called Montgomery, I think there are going to be a lot more cats shortly.
I an afraid I cant draw as well as Mummy. She sends her love and a book. I hope granny and grand pa are well and having a good holiday.
